Intensive Courses
This is becoming a popular way in which to train
to pass the driving test. Tuition is by an instructor who has
particular expertise in this area of tuition.
However because the courses are intensive, will they suit your
learning ? So we recommend you take a two hour introduction
lesson first of all. Find out if the car is to your liking and
if you can cope with intensive learning.
Before a booking can be confirmed, payment should be made in
full. Full refunds cannot be made, however, timing of courses
may be changed.

FAQ’s :
Why are the automatic prices higher than the manual prices?
The automatic has a petrol engine and the manual car has a
diesel engine.
The petrol engine uses twice as much fuel and therefore the
hourly rate is higher.
The automatic has no gear changing to learn, will I need all
the course hours?
Maybe not, the course can be adjusted or hours reduced and a
refund made at the end.
Typically it takes 10% to 20% less time to learn with an
automatic car.
However you may need this time to learn the manoeuvres. See how
it goes.
Will I take my test in the same car I undertook my intensive
lessons?
Yes, you will use the same car and instructor, this will help
settle any test day nerves.
Do the course prices include my test day and test fee ?
The prices are for the intensive course only, you should add 3
hours for the test day and the cost of the driving test.
Does the 3 hour test day lesson include all costs and the car
provided?
Yes, there are no hidden extra charges and the car is included
in the price. You will be collected by your instructor, you will
drive around the test area, do all the manoeuvres and then drive
to the test centre. Your instructor will hand you the car keys
for you to drive with the examiner. On your return your
instructor will drive you to your drop off point.
